Returns  

Before returning the cables, please contact us for a return authorization number and a return address for returning the cables. 

Mark clearly on the packaging  “Return for Refund”, that the Customs can easily see it so we will not be charged any import tax, followed by the return authorization number. 

Please include/present the original receipt for refund, as refund will only be made to the original purchaser.

Damaged cables are not accepted for refunds. We will repair them for you at no cost. *Shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer.
